she has pimples and black heads all over her face! Before she had pimples i loved her to death and now that she has pimples i don't feel that atteracted to her any more! why? any ideas to help her acne? please help me! i don't want her to break up!

Look you can advice her
1-washing her face dialy by water and soap daily (wash it every feeling with grassy face)
2-using Iodine (Betadine) cream
3-If you want antibiotic-> you can advise her for using Oxytetracycline(Teramycin)

I have heard that drinking a lot (like 8 glasses per day) of water helps and does she have a juice machine? I heard that 1 glass of carrot and bell pepper juice morning and night helps. If the Pro Active that the others recommended doesn't work, then try Dr. Perricone's acne book and products. I think the skin must be kept very clean without over-drying it. She probably feels very bad about it already so insulting her is not going to help. Also, there probably isn't an overnight cure - so give it some time. You may not see improvement for 30-120 days. If she's past her growing up years, she might try giving up milk for a bit to see if it helps (learn about vegan diet) as I had someone tell me that is what caused their acne - they were allergic to milk and didn't know it! Also, there are tinted cover acne creams that help minimize the appearance.
So how about being a real prince and buy her a juice machine and treat her to a facial at a nice salon that specializes in acne?

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.

A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. ummmmmmm the thing is you need to realize that at some point in your life YOUR going to get some acne yourself kid! Did you know a new study shows that acne prevents cancer later in life? It is perfectly normal to experience acne and i would simply buy what you can IF SHE WANTS. If it isn't a problem for her why should it be a problem for you. and if it is a problem for you dump her now cause your doing her a favor anyways. Once her acne is gone or even if it isn't some other hottie will pick her up ya young and dumb.

Hi Nikola, Well, 1st off, If you truly loved her, it wouldn't matter, but then again, I can understand if you are not attracted to her as much. Talk to her, it might be stress related, or maybe u can bring up ProActive, it's not too expensive and it works. look deep inside, acne goes away if treated, But real love is hard to find.

Because she doesnt want others to see it. Shes probably very self conscious about the way she looks. I suggest u tell her that she doesnt need makeup for her acne because you are pretty the way u r unless she has a boyfriend

wow, obviously you need to reexamine who you are because acne shouldn't matter. if you love her for who she is and not the way you wished she looked than nothing else should matter
