I just went to the doc yesterday for birth control, and instead of starting me the sunday after my next period, she told me to start that same day; in the middle of my cycle. so is everything going to be all f'd up now cuz the pills won't match my current cycle??

After back surgery and a severe postop Staph infection with need of insertion of PICC line for antibiotics my life has changed. My stamina, immunity and mental psyche have all suffered. I have been unable to work since 2004. I applied for SSDI benefits yet 6 of our 15 judges (for judiciary hearings for eligibility) have been removed and placed elsewhere. I receive no monies or aid either from Medicaid or Medicare or anything else for that matter. Husband is retired and we are on fixed income. I am considered as being solvent enough to pay for $1000/mo for meds, doctors visits, and also pay a health insurance premium. After 44+ years of working as a health care professional, I have found my own care now stands in limbo. What about folks like me who are awaiting help, have no income and require regular doc visits with Rxs? I am a person with the necessary pride in America and believe this is an unimaginable problem with no solution. I appreciate any input from your venue. Thanks.

my friend has told me that her peiods are painful and that they turn a brownish colour when thay are about to end. She also told me that before she comes on, she secretes an almost transparent bloody discharge that has an odd odour. She's far too shy and she wont go to the gp unless she suspects something is REALLY wrong.

Is this normal?

I have psoriasis on my elbows, hands, wrists, knees, top and bottom of my feet and my toes!! It seems to be spreading more and more here lately and I'm so tired of it!! I was wondering if there's anything people have tried to get rid of it and it worked. Please help me out if you know. Thanks!

My girlfriend and I were engaging in sexual intercourse and during this act, my male organ exited her female organ and entered her backdoor very rapidly. Now she says that she is in a lot of pain and that her backdoor will not close all the way up like it used to.... Will it stay that way or will it eventually close back up??? During the first week set of pills, I popped one out and it dropped somewhere. They're so tiny that I lost the damn thing.

Thanks to all who answered my question about the "Master Cleanse Diet" I now need to know how much of the liquid needs to be drank per day? 3 glasses? 6 glasses? I plan to be on the diet for 10 days. So for the entire 10 days is the Master Cleanse the only thing that I can drink? I'm also watching what I eat and exercising? but can I also eat solid foods too?

ok i sweat really bad but the worst is under my arms.plus now it's worse b/c i'm having to take gym this semester.does anyone know how to help me w/ this.i know that sweating is the body's way of cooling down,but sometimes i sweat under my arms when the rest of me doesn't even feel hot.i know this isn't normal.HELP!please

ha-ha-ha Yeah, get your laughs out now. I'm dead serious though. I was eating toast with butter and cinnamon on it, and I accidentally took a breath in while I was eating it, and apparently there wasn't any butter on that part so the cinnamon wasn't adhered well to the toast... Anyway, up my nose it went and it stings really bad. When I blow my nose cinnamon KEEPS coming out! I swear it's like there's a whole teaspoon up there or something. Should I try to flush it out with water or is it harmless? Thank you very much, and please no jokes!
