Health - 18 January 2007

I was diagnosed with ADD in 5th grade. Because my family was 'lower income' and didnt want help from the state, I stoped taking medication for this condition in 7th grade. I struggled a bit through high school, both socially and with school work. I was a 'cutter' at one point as well. I took a 'self assessment' in our textbooks and it said that I likely had Bipolar Disorder(the one that is depressed most of the time, and only 'manic' some of the time)
I graduated four years ago, went to college a little and dropped out because I didnt have the disipline to keep going. I dont seem to have any 'drive' anymore. All of my goal from high school seem so out of reach. I am sleepy all the time, and that isnt cool because I have a husband and a daughter now.
Does this sound like Depression, Bipolar Disorder, or ADD? or something else?

I've had the flu for just over a week now, and on Monday morning I awoke to excrutiating toothache. I called and got an emergancy appointment at the dentist, but after thoroughly checking my tooth, said that it was fine, and have I been ill? I told him about the flu (as if he couldnt have guessed) and he said I have sinusitis, where my sinuses are blocked, swelling and pressing on nerves in my face, causing the toothache. He said just to give it time and it will pass. I have been up all night again with the pain, which has now spread right across my cheeckbone and behind my eye... toothache in your eye is not the most pleasant experience, I can assure you... I saw my GP on Wed, who have me a nasal spray, but there is still no improvement...

I have tried inhaling menthol steam, I have stood in a hot shower for an hour, nothing works.... My nose isnt blocked, just the sinuses...

Can anyone give me some advice please? I dont think I can take it for much longer...

our kid has been diagonised for autism. We have been trying to do the complete treatment for the last one year. The healing process is extremely slow.What happens to children once they grow up may be after 15.

At the moment we are taking her for therapy and special education.The kid is brilliant and has an amazing memory.Some how we find that she never takes commands an at times looks very lost in her own world.

Can i have some feedback from here.Thanks

in have Gynecomastia,

i know that it might go away in 2-3 years

and i know what causes it

but why does it temporaraly go away when i am exposed to cold temperatures .. but then it comes back , seconds later

and do you know what toher things cause Gynecomastia

My girl area down there isn't attractive. At least i think so. I don't understand how guyz like that sort of stuff. there is a lot of hair, and i find it embarassing. About three months ago I found out I am pretty ALLERGIC to milk and have had to eliminate it COMPLETELY from my diet. However, I am still breaking out in hives. I believe I have found the trigger in my asthma inhaler, Flovent (white cannister, orange holder). I looked at the patient information and sure enough it says to advise your doctor if you have an allergy to milk.

Before the milk allergy was diagnoised I reacted VERY badly to both Serentide and Pulimcort (Budosinide), again both say if you have an allergy to milk inform you doctor.

I'm wondering if anyone with a milk allergy have a problem with their Flovent/Flixotide perscription? If so what do you take instead, everything that I read says the same thing. I'm going to the doctor but would like to be a little informed when I walk into the office, please help.

I am wanting to know how long, once you start the hormonal tablets of the pill, will your period will stop. Will it help if I take 2 a day for the first couple of days to make them stop. I don't want them for a couple of days and want to miss my next one. Need help urgently!

For the 7 or 8 I have noticed white spot on the inside of my mouth in my cheek area and the border of my tongue is slighty raised. I was just wondering if it is for me biting my cheeks and for my tongue rubbing againts my teeth. I kinda of have an over biting could this be the problem?

I was in a car accident about 7 hours ago. I don't remember the actual impact, but the front of my car was totalled, so I must have moved, even though I was wearing a seatbelt. My neck hurts and I have a headache, but I had a headache before the accident. My neck often hurts, but this feels different. I feel a bit groggy, but nothing out of the ordinary. Could I have whiplash? Is there any way to know without seeing a doctor? I have a check up in two weeks, but should I move it up? Also, would it be okay to go to sleep?
