instead of a diet, focus on a lifestyle change!
maybe you aren't eating enough. often we go on these fad diets and end up in starvation mode where our bodies hang on to everything we put into our bodies. 6 small meals are better than 3 large ones. cut out pop and caffeine. drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. focus on getting more fruits and veggies in your diet. exercise 3 times a week. and have fun! and good luck!

The best diet to do is nothing to do with eating the same thing for 2 days or anything like that but getting to the gym they will make up a program espically for YOU and eat healthy foods at the right times of the day. your body proberly wasnt responding to the other diets you have tried because they wernt made espicially for you. Getting fit and loosing weight isnt all about dieting you need regular exercise everyday you just need to be patient and confident that you can do it.

All you have to do is eat healthy by making the right nutritional choices of food groups as long as you have the right proportions.. exercise and drink lots of water you should be fine.. Diets are over rated and are a lot of crap since a lot of the ones out there are bad for you..

There is never a quick fix for weight loss. Diets give only temporary results.
The only way you can keep the fat off is by changing your lifestyle. Eat a healthy balanced diet and exercise regularly. Best form of exercise for weight loss is cardiovascular exercise.

Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. try the cranberry juice diet... drink nothing but it for 48-72 hours.. you'll lose 5-10 pounds in that time... but never do it more that once a week...

low carb...way to go.....and exercise...walking is very good, gym workouts,,,,drinking lots of water.....at least 2 litres a day...low fat, fresh fruit & veg......cut out sugar....low carb worked for my husband and myself....and it stays off.....
