in have Gynecomastia,

i know that it might go away in 2-3 years

and i know what causes it

but why does it temporaraly go away when i am exposed to cold temperatures .. but then it comes back , seconds later

and do you know what toher things cause Gynecomastia

Oh, sorry you have to deal with that. It must be pretty tough.

It probably goes away when it's cold just because your bloodflow decreases in cold temperatures, and it causes your skin to retract and tighten. When you warm up and the blood flows back in at a normal rate, your skin loosens back up.

Gynecomastia is usually hormone related. A little excess estrogen in most cases. It also may be genetic. If it doesn't go away in 2 or 3 years, though, you do know it's really easy to fix, and that the procedure is usually covered by health insurance? That can be a very important bit of information. :)

How old are you? Some gynecomastia is normal at puberty. It goes away after some time. The human body secretes both male and female hormones, in both sexes. Gynecomastia is also seen in chronic liver disease.
