It seems like everytime that something stresses me either physically, mentally, or both my stomach hurts and I get gassy.

Normal. Take digestive enzymes--Beano, or papaya for instance. And get more exercise. Best of luck.

you probably have ibs- irratable bowel syndrome. it happens when you get stressed out it happens to me all the time.

don't over eat...if stressed you can tend to over eat...not a good idea
