For the 7 or 8 I have noticed white spot on the inside of my mouth in my cheek area and the border of my tongue is slighty raised. I was just wondering if it is for me biting my cheeks and for my tongue rubbing againts my teeth. I kinda of have an over biting could this be the problem?

It could be when something rubs in you mouth in the same spot for an extended period of time your body develops a thicker patch of tissue there, kinda like a callous on your foot. By the way, i was biting my cheek when I read your question.

IF YOU HAVE AN OVERBITE THEN THE WAY YOUR TEETH COME TOGETHER IS NOT IDEAL. DURING EATING FOOD OR WHILE SLEEPING THERE CAN EASILY BE TRAUMA TO THE CHEEKS. THIS IS ESPECIALLY TRUE IF THE CHEEKS ARE SOMEWHAT CHUBBY.
A CHECKUP FROM YOUR DENTIST IS BEST TO DETERMINE WHY YOU BITE YOUR SOFT TISSUES.
