There could be a couple of explanations. If you live in a hard water area, you could be reacting to minerals in the water. Or you could be reacting to something in the soap or shampoo you are using (so many soaps contain perfume, and perfume is one of the prime causes of allergic reactions, so you might try an unperfumed soap, or perfume free shampoo and conditioner)
The other possibility is that you have the water too hot. Cool it down so it's warm, but not steamy and see if that helps.

i'm getting this a lot too! no longer somewhat with in basic terms regularly occurring water, yet even as i bypass in salt water and chlorine I do, that is blochy, purple and seems grotesque, even though it would not itch. have you ever taken any type of drugs in any respect? i became on roaccutane for my pimples some months in the past and through it i found I were given this rash, yet seeing that is iciness i have not yet been to the sea coast or interior the pool so i will ought to make certain. on your case it would want to be a warmth rash or maybe only a reaction to the temperature of the water. It would not be something risky because that is water so do not get too scared! I in many cases locate in somewhat chilly climate even as my fingers or legs are uncovered to chilly air, i'm getting little purple dots on my fingers or legs because of the coldness. perchance you should get it regarded at in basic terms to double verify if it concerns you that a lot yet I doubt that is something too intense. good success :) xox

Your skin is dried out in those spots. Try using a moisturizing soap and maybe lotion after shower.

What kind of soap are you using? You may be allergic to it, and this is causing hives. Try a softer soap without perfumes or dies.
