I'm trying to build mass and bulk up (mostly for physical fitness, chin ups, etc) and I know that protein supplements are great if you don't get enough protein foods, which i don't. And, I also hear that if you take a P. Supplement right after working out, that that will help your muscles re-build faster, thus making more muscle faster.
Unfortunately, a store like walgreens is NOT available around where i live, there's only a Walmart, so that would be nice if i could find a good one there.
BRAND MAKES NO DIFFERENCE!
Something cheap is fine, like Equate brand or something like that. I figure you're paying so much for the brandname, not the product. And I'll probably just compare the ingredients anyways, but what, do you think, is the best for my goals?
55 pushups in 2 minutes, 15 pull-ups in 2 minutes(easy but i want it to be easier). This is only a FEW of my goals. They may or not make a difference in your answer.
