I find myself feeling the same at times. When I want to stop feeling that way, I have to make myself either take a walk, set down and do something, like do a hobby (I bead), go work out, call someone, just DO SOMETHING to pull yourself out of YOURSELF! Do something DIFFERENT than what you are doing when you feel that way.

What are you ignoring in your life? You could be neglecting your true calling in life and many times this leave you feeling un-satisfied, restless and even lazy or un-motivated.
So ask yourself if you could do anything what would it be? Would you take care of animals? Go back to school to pursue that career you think is out of your reach? Be a stay at home mom?
I would suggest some soul searching is in order. But if you are completely satisfied with your life then maybe you need to schedule an appointment with your doctor to make sure you are not ignoring any underlying health issues.
Cheers,
Caroline

Get out and go for a walk! Scream to the top of your lungs if you have to but definitely keep yourself motivated and physically active...if you think it's more of a health problem go see a doctor, maybe you need to start taking iron pills like me..I'm anemic so my body needed more iron.
Good luck!

Do some coke...Just kiddin'. Working out, cleaning, and dancing work for me. Usually if I can get my heart racing doing something I can get out of that lazy state I get stuck in.

I HIGHLY recommend Dance DAnce Revolution! It may be costly but its worth it. You wouldnt have to walk on the tredmill forever and it does get boring after a while.
