Hello! A year ago I was diagnosed with Depresion & Anxiety. Nevetheless I have had really weird symptoms that I think belong to some other mental illness: One day I felt like killing a relative. I even had the image of cuts and blood. Another day a energy drove me to get into my parents room and kill them. Another day I felt that I was getting crazy. One night I started laughing like a crazy person and could not stop. Can anybody tell me why is this?

an example of psychotic is when your watching tv and the tv is talking to you or about you
you are hallucinating images - which you did say you were doing this
this energy you describe and laughing
you sound bipolar with psychoses

read this:

Sometimes, severe episodes of mania or depression include symptoms of psychosis (or psychotic symptoms). Common psychotic symptoms are hallucinations (hearing, seeing, or otherwise sensing the presence of things not actually there) and delusions (false, strongly held beliefs not influenced by logical reasoning or explained by a person's usual cultural concepts). Psychotic symptoms in bipolar disorder tend to reflect the extreme mood state at the time. For example, delusions of grandiosity, such as believing one is the President or has special powers or wealth, may occur during mania; delusions of guilt or worthlessness, such as believing that one is ruined and penniless or has committed some terrible crime, may appear during depression. People with bipolar disorder who have these symptoms are sometimes incorrectly diagnosed as having schizophrenia, another severe mental illness.

There is such a thing as depression with psychosis.....and those are certainly irrational thought patterns.

You DEFINATELY need to see a psychiatrist and tell them about these symptoms. You need an adjustment in your medications. Do it as soon as possible, please. Today would even be a good time.
