all the guys at my school say "oh yea look at my big feet, that means something else is big too ;)" cause well my school is pretty perverted, and i need to know, is it true that if guys have big their penis is around the same size???

A good (but not infallable) gauge of the dimensions of a guy's penis is his fingers.
Generally speaking, long fingers mean a longish penis. Wide fingers mean a wide(ish) penis. In addition, the fully erect penis length of a fully developed human male will usually be roughly equal to the length from the tip of his middle finger to the knuckle that joins the thumb to his hand (either right or left).
However, each man is different, and has a different body structure. Big feet on a man with small hands and a small nose probably means he has an average or small penis. It's the combination of the three that you should look at, if you want to gauge without viewing his penis directly.
Something else to note is that penis size when flaccid does NOT correlate to penis size when erect.
Some men have penises that are larger than average when flaccid, but smaller than average when erect. This can be caused from any number of things, including but not limited to muscle, blood, and blood vessel disorders, steroids, alcohol, general health, etc.
Other men have the opposite phenomenon, where they have a penis that is small when flaccid but above average in size when erect. These are generally the kind of guys that have generally healthy bodies (even if they may not be very fit).
All of that said, if you REALLY want to know if these guys have big penises, next time they brag to you in public about it, tell them in a loud voice to prove it. Say something like, "Flop it out and make it hard, otherwise you're all talk and probably only feel the need to brag because your penis is really tiny!"
That should shut them up. ;-)

Definitely not true, and more importantly, it shouldn't matter anyway. I've met girls who say that they love a guy who's well endowed, but they're few and far between. Most girls, it really doesn't matter. It's all about if the person knows what they're doing. (And for all the people out there thinking, "Oh, he's only saying that cos he's probably got a small one." - I don't. I'm just mature enough to know that it doesn't truly matter.)

no period. that is just childish. these guys will say or do to make them feel good about themselves. i know guys that even wear shoes that are too big so they can perpetuate the myth. if some guys penis was as big (long) as they said do you think it would fit inside you? think about how deep your vagina is and what would happen there are some large men but it is mostly men being men

no..I have seen little guys with big ones and big guys not fat..but big guys with little ones..and I am bi so I have seen a few..you cant tell by size of the guy..it doesn't matter either way ..it matters if you can get it up and rock your partners world..and how many times you can go around the block...if your small you can buy a porshe and if you big..you better learn how to use it..
