I stopped smoking over 2 years ago now, and can honestly say it was much, much easier than I ever thought it would be. First of all, I read a book by Allan Carrs called " the easy way for women to stop smoking". I got about half way through and suddenly it hit me, everything he said actually was true and made complete sense. I carried on reading til I finished the book, all the while thinking - "blimey, ieverything he says is true! I can do this" and when I finished that was it - I quit. And believe me when I say, you don't really need willpower, or nicotine substitutes, as he makes you see smoking for what it really is. It's not a stress reliver, or a crutch of somekind. If you want to give up, give the book a try, please!!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!

There might have been a teeny discharge, but I can't remember, and it must ahve gone away, as I didn't really notice. I have been treated. However, it was at my first screening and pap smear test that I realised I had it. I am just so worried that in the future I may not be able to have a baby. I never had pain, so it didn't develop into PID. I would love if someone could put my mind at rest. thks

I onced loved my job- i teach. my previous class was wonderful, really. we had a bond that the other teachers found "homely." for this year i had been promoted to another class which is filled with really rude and defiant children. at times, i feel personally challenged and on other occasions, i feel professionally challenged. going to work is now a dread. and i dont feel happy. these children are tough to handle- towards the end i would be able to manage them, but after having my heart stabbed and my throat hoarse it seems. how do i make this unhappy situation, happier? or better to live with at least?

I'm considering birth control methods and I was curious what method people preferred. I think that I personally would do better with the pill, but I'm considering all options (except an IUD). And if you have taken the pill, which one did you prefer? Thanks.
