I'm considering birth control methods and I was curious what method people preferred. I think that I personally would do better with the pill, but I'm considering all options (except an IUD). And if you have taken the pill, which one did you prefer? Thanks.

I'm getting married soon, that's why I'm considering these. And of course, I will go see a doctor, I'm just looking for more information before I go.

The pill, definitely.

I know many couples who used other methods to avoid pregnancy and they never worked. Methods like the diaphragm, timing, etc. Now all of the women are on the pill and there have been no more unplanned pregnancies. Also, avoid the depo shot if you're sensitive to synthetic hormones because the high dose will turn you into a nutcase. (have been told this by those who've used it)

I personally have been on the pill for 8 years due to having PCOS and I've had no side effects from it such as weight gain.

I think you should consult a doctor because it depend of your hormones, I have many friends that can't use any method because her body reject them.
I'm using Jasmin, is really good because it doesn't make me get fat, but it get my breast.
You may definitely you should go to your doctor and have him/her test your hormones.
Good luck

maybe you should swallow the load your partner lets out....no really i think the best bet is not doing it at all unless you are with your life partner and then go ask your doctor what would work best for you...

Asprin!
Take one asprin, place it between your knees, and hold it there. As long as you hold the asprin between your knees, you will not get pregnant.
