I woke up this morning, had breakfast then had a bath, after the bath whilst getting dressed i noticed that my belly was really bloated up, i look pregnant. I havent had a period for around 5 months now, nothing apart from a little dribble, but im certain im not pregnant, besides it wouldnt just show overnight like that would it, could my bloated belly just be the build up of where i havent bleed for ages? or i did ate a lot of pizza last night asa one off, could it be this? or is there any other reason do you think please? thanks.

You might be pregnant. Go to the store and get a pregnancy test. But considering that you haven't had a period in 5 months, I would go straight to the doctor if you think it's possible you might be pregnant. You should probably go see a doctor anyway just to make sure that something serious isn't happening to cause this extreme bloating. Good luck.
