Can be caused by aspirin, loud music, loud sounds, high blood pressure, stress, etc
there is no cure, really, other than to avert the cause.
if its real bad, an anti-anxiety or depressant med could help i guess. but generally it disappears on its own before it becomes a real nuisance.

Usually it is caused by blood pressure disorders and it is nothing serious. Check your blood pressure when it starts and if it is low you can get a cup of coffee.
You can also try yawning to release the pressure in your ears. After a few yawns it should go away.
If that doesn't work, go see your doctor.
