Yes. Alot of STD's are transfered through the skin and even if there isn't a cervix there for the fluid transmit types they still have to go somewhere!

Having a hysterectomy in NO way prevents you from getting STD, so be careful!

Yes. A hysterectomy removes the uterus. You could still catch a STD....but you wouldn't get pregnant.

I don't see how a hysterectomy would protect you from stds. If you can have sex you can get a std.

Yes you can still get infected with any type of STD

YES! it has nothing to do it you have the junk inside or not. you can still get any of them but if you feel you may have something i would def. go see your doctor they can have you tested that way you can breathe again and use protection although it doesn't always work but its alot safer then anything else. yes.STD are transfered by direct contact.You still have the same equipment with some of the hardware removed.
