Do you opt for a shop's own brand cheap 40/50p one as it does the same thing, do you go for the more pricey branded ones that claim to do more good to your teeth, or do you stick to a particular brand because you like the taste or because you've always used it?

ok so for 2 years i have had a slight problem hearing voices that weren't there. not constantly, but usually at least once every other day. and sometimes i see things out of the corner of my eye that once again aren't there. or i'll be freaking out thinking that there is a bug on me, when there's not. and whenever i am home alone, i get all freaked out and hate being by doors because i am scared that someone is going to grab me and kill me.
i am scared of the dark.
alot of times i will be thinking about something, and i force myself to think about something else, because i don't want someone to read my mind. same with my dreams.
and a few times i have been convinced that i was pregnant. but what's unusual about that is, i am a virgin. but i think oh what if a guy drugged me and got me pregnant and made me forget.
and i have no social life or social skills. i lose friends easily, and i have to have a routine. if my routine gets messed up, i can't think. i get distracted easily.

after my 4th lot i left it a week so they would be out my sytembut i had truble getting my kids to school the frist day after i had them out my stystem i went back to the docs and told him and showed him what colour of my phlym and he put me on my 5th course but i am feeling worse,I struglling to look after my two kids i cant even walk them to school.and i cant go get an xray done because of the time they do them. is there another way round this illness because its really getting me down

I've been suffering for nearly 10 years with chronic Pain in both feet, legs, arms due to idiopathic periphial neuropathy. I've been to every type of doctor with NO solutions. Tested for nearly everything Amyoloidosis that my brother died from at 51, diabetes, lyme desease, etc, NO RESULTS... I had a durial stimulator installed with NO results or help. I take 3 50mgt Fentenayl patches very 48 hours, 2 to 3 8 MG Dilaudid pills every 3 hours, 2 to 3 10MG Methadone tablets every 3 to 4 hours all providing little or NO relief. I live in constant pain, can NOT sleep at night. Tried all types of other drugs like neurotin, troyosin, etc. PLEASE HELP ME!

i had an evaluation last week and i told him all my symptoms about, not wanting to go out, and feeling full of anxiety and panic, i told him about feeling a great amount of anger inside that ive had for years and he said that all this is a result of what ive been through and my diagnosis is one of a personality disfunction, and he doesnt feel ive got depression..even though i told him my sleeping patterns are chaotic, awake through the night asleep through the day, and that ive not been out and done anything for weeks on end, but he still doesnt feel i have depression or any other diagnosis, except personality disorder and he refuses to perscribe an medication...im really worried now what should i do?

Before my dream I always thought about having a boyfriend and mostly because my friends had one. over the last few years, white rice has been slammed nutritionally and i have avoided it. I now live in an Asian country and white rice is unavoidable....it comes in or with EVERYTHING. I can cook my own meals and avoid it most of the time, but some white rice daily is inevitable. My question is this, how bad is it for me? Have i been mislead?

if anyone else may give feedback on this. She had a bad infection and they removed lymph nodes, i'm packing the wound for her everyday and sh's on antibiotics. What is the longest time you may know of someone who was battling this horribly awful torture. She is handling it better than me and never really complains. I guess as I sit here and cry, I just need to talk to someone. She is a good friend and this hurts. this is her 3 rd year. Thanks for reading and answering, any and all advice greatly appreciated.
