im 14 almost15 and im completely flat chested .i have a very low self estem because of my issue.i was wondering if there was any thing i could use so i have boobs such as estrogen or any other breast enhancer?and are they safe for my age?

Give yourself more time to grow - you are still very young and have lots of time yet. Wait until you are in your twenties for any kind of treatment so you can understand the consequences.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with a little padded bra, by the way, in the interim.

Your still growing. Don't worry. There are some people out there who really don't like have big breast for the record. Look at Paris Hilton.

Not all teenage girls develop huge breasts! dont worry about them being a little flat-maybe they will develop a little later for you. if not why not accept yourself for waht you are. Maybe when you are older and you still feel the same you could have them made bigger.
