I am a 21 year old male, and was told that I had small varicocele. I believe that it is causing this awkward pain that I have been sticking out for the last 6 months. My urologist said its a common thing, and he said it was my choice to have the surgery done. The pain I am feeling is awkward and hurts especially after masturbating, sorry if I am grossing anyone out..anyway I am in the military and get deployed for 3 months at a time..what do you guys think I should do? am I making a good decision to get the surgery? or is not worth the risk? thanks in advance..Mike

If you look at the question "no energy" youll know my symptoms, but let me say more since those answeres are not helping. I am 23, a Respiratory Therapist/Sleep Tech so I know it is not a sleeping problem. I exercise regularly, and eat well. I am not on any medications to make me drowsey either. Some of my other symptoms are I cannnot concentrate on one thing for too long, I have racing thoughts(thinking many things at one time and jump from one thought to the next w/o finishing the first). Now does any one have any thoughts what it could be.

I had a (what I call a period) 3 days of a brownish discharge, not heavy at all. A day after it was over, I had sexual intercousrse, in which I bled during. I did not bleed anymore that evening but started bleeding a more consistant red "periodlike" afterwards. I've had no PMS or cramping with all of this until tonight and I have a ache in my lower back. Can anyone give me a clue on what is going on with me?

I know MBT shoes are more expensive but I haven't been able to find any thing on the net comparing the quality of both shoe brands. I want to have comfortable shoes that help reduce my back pain and improve posture. Chung shi shoes look better and are cheaper but the question is are they more effective?

is it physically impossible for me to get body like eminems body . u know not very buff but not every skinny .. i was 133 kgs and now im 88 kgs..and i got a lot of flab to get ride of .. i am just wondering if it physically possible because if not then im gonna stop working and im just gonna accept the fact that i cant change my look and im gonna STILL LOOK kinda fat from the outside .. so i dont know !!
if its not impossible how i can get rid of flabbiness and how long it will take ?! and does working out with big weigh make it easier ?!

Also happens some times, if i'm sleeping till late in the morning. It happens automatically and without my control. Why do i get this Gas ? And how can i get rid of this. I'm getting ashamed and embarassed because of this. Thanks for the advice.
