If you look at the question "no energy" youll know my symptoms, but let me say more since those answeres are not helping. I am 23, a Respiratory Therapist/Sleep Tech so I know it is not a sleeping problem. I exercise regularly, and eat well. I am not on any medications to make me drowsey either. Some of my other symptoms are I cannnot concentrate on one thing for too long, I have racing thoughts(thinking many things at one time and jump from one thought to the next w/o finishing the first). Now does any one have any thoughts what it could be.

ADD and ADHD are characterized by distractibility, not flight of ideas. You are describing flight of ideas. Flight of ideas is commonly associated a manic or hypomanic episode. However, the sleep/energy problems are characteristic of a depressive episode. So, providing that there is nothing medically wrong with you (hormones, blood sugars), I would guess that you may be experiencing bipolar 2 disorder, mixed episode. I would definitely check with my medical doctor first, as bipolar is NOT a fun disorder to treat. Imbalances in hormones and blood sugars can occur no matter how much you exercise and how well you eat. Definitely check these things, then.... check in with a mental health professional.

Hi miss sleep tech. You are very much like your group. We are a small part of the population. We are called losers but we are just outsiders and most are very intelligent before medication. I suggest that you need to learn about the body aura and how it affects out every mood. Then you need to study the winner-players and learn the second vocabulary and the hand signals. You will find it stressful at first but unless you do you are headed to sever mental breakdown and very soon. Cheers !

I didn't answer your first question so this is what i think based on the symptoms you have mentioned:
You might be experiencing abnormal brain activity so i suggest that you go to your nearest clinic/ hospital and have yourself scanned asap. It could be a number of things that is causing you to behave in such ways, ie short concentration span, fast paced thoughts, etc. But make sure you have that scan done asap because you might be suffering from something that could be harmful to your health.
