I also have fibromyalgia and get muscle cramps. Although it can be painful in some areas at first, massage does help. You can soak in an Epsom salt bath after the massage to help with the soreness and remove the toxins. You also need to drink plenty of water after a massage to flush out the toxins.

Contact the massage schools in your area as the students need people willing to let them do practice massages while they are in training. Some offer student massages at a big discount or in some cases free as the students must have a certain number of massage hours to graduate.

Well they both have the scary-factor,but in the nicest possible way.I think Marco is hot so that adds to the mix....Erm? Difficult one to answer because in a kitchen the atmosphere is intense for a short time and then service is over and everyone can chill, with Sir Alan it could be a bit more on-going...So, it would probably be easier to work for Marco in the long term.My answers is..Sir Alan would be more scary

I have fibromayalgia also and I find that muscle manipulation is painful and well as joint pain. Are you sure you want the ministrations of a body massage? Was it doctor recommended?
I've never been told to get that done. Perhaps you should get a second opinion. Is your doctor a rheumatologist?
