I HAVE BEEN DEPRESSED FOR AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER. BUT I USUALLY CAN BOUNCE BACK AND MOVE ON WITH MY LIFE BUT FOR THE LAST FEW MONTHS I HAVE BEEN HAVING PHYSICAL LIKE CHEST PAINS , HEAD FULLNESS, FEELING LIKE I'M GOING TO PASS OUT . Everytime i get out the shower my skin is VERY itchy. And it will last until my skin is competly dry. Usully about 10 or 15 minutes. I used a store bought cream for extra dry skin, that i apply right when i get out and usully one other time through out the day, b/c i thought it was dry skin, but that doesnt help. I also use soap for sensative skin. Nothing is working. Any idea as to what might help, or what it is?

Every now and then, I get really blurry vision and I feel really out of it. It's usually followed by a really bad migraine but not always. It has been happening more and more lately, especially after I eat. My friend suggested that it may be due to high blood sugar. Do you think that this is the case? Has anyone ever experienced these symptoms? I did some research on WebMD but I really don't know what it could be.

i have been smoking for the past 4 years and have made the decision to give up. i tried once b4 and failed miserably, i dont want this to happen again. how can i deal with the cravings in a way which will not make me eat myself out of house and home or scream at everyone who looks at me? please help me as i am serious about this, any words of wisdom or encouragement truley welcome!! i appreciate it

I'm scarred! With in the next month I have to get them. I'm scared on how I will look, be able to eat, talk, and so on. I'm worried about looking like an old grandma and my husband not wanting to go out with me or my kids. I'm 28 and been putting it off for 4 years now. Im pretty shy when it comes to women, however once i open up i tend to get a lil to comfortable. As sad as it sounds, I wanted my ear pierced badly and my mom said no. So i took matter in my own hands and now im sitting in this chair with a needle that has been pierced through my ear. I first cleaned the needle, iced my ear, then pierced it! But I am very scared! It seems like the needle is stuck in my ear (it is very tight in) I can PROBABLY take it out but I dont know what to do at this point. The Needle has been pierced through my ear for the past 15mins. Please someone help !

For the past year, I have been on a different type of birth-control pills, because i`am still nursing my daughter. Recently, my pills had ran out and i had to get another prescription with a new doctor. Before my prescription was ready, I had my period for about a week and when i got off i had sex and i had back up (a comdom). I just started to take my pills last week. But i `am kind of concern because i have been having cramps and my stomach has been feeling very weird. Like it did when i was pregnant with my daughter. Should go to the doctor and have them check me out or should i not worry.

If I don't get enough sleep, I get dark cicrles under my eyes.. but if I get too much sleep, i get puffy eyes.
