Unfortunately, you can't. They will fade with time, but will always be there regardless of what cream or lotion you use. Don't sweat it though. There's hardly an adult on the planet who doesn't have any (men included). Most people, and no man, would ever pay any attention to them.

You can prevent stretch marks or of getting more by using cocoa butter and shea butter. Just rub it on the areas 2 to 3 times a day. Rub it in well.
Also by taking a multi-vitamin plus EXTRA E you can prevent more damage.
Over time the torn areas will lighten but it is almost imposible to get rid of the white scars. Look on the internet though as they have some amazing new cures on the market.
Stretch marks can happen by gaining or losing weight or size to fast.
Good Luck

Big Sigh....Well, the truth is - stretch marks are SCARS and you really can't get rid of them. I have a bunch on my stomach I got over 10 yrs ago. They have faded to skin colour but they are still there. They are scars and can not be reversed once you have them. Tanning does make them fade or time will make them fade. I've heard lotions can help PREVENT them -but the real truth is that you will get them based on you genes and if they run in your family. I knew of a woman who was 500 lbs and didn't have one stretch mark. It was genetic that she didn't get them. The best thing you can do is try to make peace with them.

You can't get rid of stretch marks. They will always be there even when you loose weight. The only way to get them removed is to go to a plastic surgeon.

stretch marks are actually classified as scars, unless you try to treat them before they happen, you wont be able to get rid of them...i know this from experience, i was only 5 foot tall and 110 pounds before i became pregnant, by the end of it all, i was 165 pounds and all the weight was in my belly so i had tons of stretch marks...i tried the coco butter, mederma stuff and anything i could find...the only real way is surgery

You can't get rid of stretch marks with cream, you can only lessen their effects.
Surgery is the only way to remove them completely.

Gain more weight. No, sorry. Not really. I witnessed my wife get rid of hers by rubbing vitamin "E" on the affected areas. I would not have believed it but I saw it. It took nearly a year but they are virtually gone. As long as you don't regain the weight they won't return. I have heard of other ways such as some laser procedures and other lotions, but the only one I witnessed was Vitamin "E." Good luck. It could have been the rubbing alone, so I don't know for sure, I guess. Just that it worked whatever the cause.

Leave them alone and let them become the map of your life. Exercise to tighten the muscles and they won't be so bad.
If they really worry you the only way to get rid of them is surgery. Buying creams and potions is just a waste of money because they never work.
