This kind of diet is used for diabetics not diets of your liking.My daughter just lost 55 lbs in 3 months. This is what she is doing; 1st, she eats 6 small meals or snacks a day.4 out of six snacks were fruit of some kind. Salads of kinds.And a small dinner and have fruit before bed.(at least 3 hours before bed).Water, water, and More water, she says water is what did it really. That's the eating and drinking part.she also excises,does yoga, and goes for walks while her music is playing.I hope this works for you, she look too good for a 14 year old.She started with a slow metabolism than due to all the good food and water, now her metabolism is super fast.

You should consume lots of good carbs like fruit. That takes the weight off fast. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Get latest info like American Heart Association does not want you to eat more than 6 ounces daily of meat, fish or poultry. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

not too much, ur veg and fruit total should be greater than ur carbs! but there are healthy carbs out there, like couscous, brown rice, wholemeal pasta, sweet potatoes. but drink loads of water 2.5 ltrs. and dont have a meal after 5pm. if ur hungry after then just eat fruit. they have natural sugar, they should subside ur sugar cravings.

try and cut down ur portions. with ur late fill most of it with veg.all kinds. dont forget that eating fish (oily fish) fill u up and u eat less, and really helps u lose weight. sardines, mackreal and salmon are best.

excersie everyday for 30mins, joggings great for losing weight and good luck!!

You are supposed to have 12 or less. I was on this diet for a while and lost 12lbs in 2 weeks. Good Luck!

As little as possible and limit it to mostly veggies and some fruits. If you want to have other source of carbs have it only post workout. Keep the intensity high in your workout and you'll start shedding the pounds.

I don't know about the total carb. intake.... but I do know that if you want to loose weight then you need to eat less and move more, and drink plenty of water..... GL AND BE SAFE
