Depression is often accompanied by physical symptoms including those you have described--please go talk to your doctor about being put on a good anti-depressant and maybe get a therapist. You can't beat depression alone.

yes you are depress you are too stressed out . first thing you need to do is go see you a doctor to make sure there isn't anything wrong with your heart. but with depression you can be having an anxiety attack. because i have had one. you have three kids and you are a single mother and that can be one of the reason for so much stress. depression cause alot of physical pain to. sometime you have headaches, back pain, upset stomach and many more. depression can affect you mentally and physical. talk to someone or go to a doctor for medication for your depression. i am talking from what i know not from what i have heard. good luck.

Are you on any antidepressants? I took Lexapro when i couldn't bounce back on my own. It really helped, and didn't make me feel weird. Also, I think you should find a therapist. Being a single parent with three children, it has to be hard. You might call your local hospital and see if they know of a reduced rate therapist if you don't have insurance that will cover it. Either way, do something, and not just for your children. YOU deserve to feel better too!

It could be your depression getting worse because it hasn't been treated. Sometimes depression affects you physically as well as mentally. You should see a psychiatrist and therapist. The psychiatrist will probably prescribe you drugs that will help, and the therapy will help you work through your issues. Call your insurance company to find a psychiatrist and a therapist in your area. You don't have to suffer through this without outside help, it's just like any other medical condition.

Good luck! Hope you feel better soon. :)

Talk to a doctor, and also ask about tests for physical problems that may be contributing to how you feel.

I've taken antidepressants for years but lately my bloodwork has indicated I'm borderline anemic. At one time I would have attributed not having energy completely to depression, but now it seems there may be a purely physical problem at work as well.

Good luck.

Could be you have depression with anxiety disorder. The best way to find out for sure is to visit your local mental health clinic or a psychologist. There are medications for this. Why suffer if you don't have to.

Please go see a DR. For your kids sake as well as your own. Get a complete check up and tell your doc about your depression. There are many meds that can help you, and it doesn't mean you have to be on them forever. I lived with depression for years, but don't have it anymore. :-) Good luck!
