I have a knack for healthcare, but my heart is in art (I would like to procure special collections for universities around the country) Am I neglecting a civic duty by pursuing a life in art rather than healthcare?

i have had pain in the left side of back arounf kideny area for about 4 months now, it is ongoing and at times becomes extreme, i have been to the hospital several times and they have done xrays of kidneys, checked kidney function and everything is normal, blood tests are normal and also had a scan of ovarys and these are normal. i have been taking tramadol, voltrol and paracetamol and nothin eases the pain, the doctors in the hospital said that nothing is showing up and they dont know what is causing the pain and to just keep taking painkillers! does anyone else suffer from this or have any idea what it could be?

I have celiac disease. Here are the complications I've had so far, and I"m wondering if others have them too, and what you've done... or any recommendations. Anything helps! I'm not eating gluten anymore, but I still have a messed up system.
Turning vegan helped a bit with fatigue.
psoriasis, anemia, fatigue, poor immune system, dry skin, depression, headaches, random tummy pains once in a while, sore joints (I'm 21--shouldn't have those!), and dry, brittle nails and hair.
One big ball of sexiness, to be sure.

I am talking about only Monohydrate based Creatine and not Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) which is already banned in Germany and France.

I have been on Lexapro for about two weeks. I am soooo tired, and I cannot tell if it is working. What are some signs to look for ?
I go back to my doc next week, I seem to tolerate the med well though hardly any other side effects for some slight nausea and thats all. I just don't know what to look for to know if it is working or not. Zoloft made me into a zombie, boy was I sick from that one.
Please anyone with expierience out there?

The cost to the health care is astronomical compared to the money spent on re-habilitation? We have only got to look back over the last 50 years to see what damage prescribed drugs can do to people.
