Don't let people get to you. We all need big shoulders. Believe in yourself. Don't take everything others say to heart. Be a God pleaser and not a people pleaser. I used to wear my heart on my sleeve, and now I have learned to have big shoulders and shrug it all off. I live for God and he is the one I try to please. You will get wide shoulders/big shoulders as you grow and mature in life.

Military press on a Smith machine. Shrugs, standing flies and raises and more shrugs. Shoulders are the easiest to injure and they never fully heal. It is a ball and socket joint that you should treat very kindly. Work on your chest and back much heavier than shoulders and this should increase the overall size of your upper torso. Be sure to stretch and warm up before working this muscle group.

Join a gym, see a trainer. I would suggest weight gainer stuff and weight lifting, but you need to make sure you drink lots of water and have guidance from some one who can help you more in that area.

dumbell presses are better for ur shoulder joints. try lateral raises first to preexhaust ur shoulders other wise ur trics give out n ur shoulders dont get the most out of military(over head) presses
