for some people a piece of peppermint candy helps to settle the tummy, or maybe some 7-Up. Ginger is supposed to be good too, although it can have a really strong taste and may make matters worse if you're not used to it!

I would go to a drug store and buy a pill for the lactose intolerant. It will be cheaper than going to the doctor. I know when my tummy is upset I eat one of those chewable pepto bismo pills. Good Luck, hope you fell better.

Maybe you are lactose intolerant and you need to switch to soy or something go to a doctor and get tested.♥ My sister is the same way and she won't go to the doctor either so she just stays away from lactose.♥

Stay away from cheese and whole milk. Try soy milk or Latrose free milk low fat.. Many people cannot drink whole milk.
Personally I always drink a large glass of butter milk. It's good for what ails you. YOU may have o be checked for allegories.
