My friend went to one of those weight loss doctors and they gave her some appetite suppressants. She pays like $25.00 a week. She gave me a couple of days worth to try, and I thought they were very good at suppressing my appetite and I haven't been too pleased with all the other products on the market right now. She found the number for the weight loss clinic in her PennySaver.

Plantago (Plantago ovata); you mix it with water and drink it and it "swells" in your stomach and makes you feel full. Drink a lot of water during the day, and take the plantago between meals to stave off the urge to snack. It also helps your body eliminate toxins.
