I am in the Ukraine on business and drank way too much vodka and VodkaBeer (17% dark beer) last night... today I am at work and close to death... any suggestions?

He was adoppted by Judo instructor and his wife in India after his mother sold him as she could not afford to feed and clothe him along with his 3 siblings,he then trained him to run distances and wants him to become the youngest to complete a marathon,there is much controversy surrounding this apparently as in damage to his joints as he obviously is still growing....i have mixed views on this subject and wondered what others thought...thank you..xx

i'm bulimic. four years now. I sit, hidden in my room, secretly eating piles of food. i know about the complications, and the outcomes, yet, they mean nothing to me. knowing all this allows me to pretend that I can control the disease, when really, it's the other way round. I feel a sense of revulsion about my body and myself. after bingeing, I see myself for the disgusting creature that I am. I know I should get some sort of help, but I'm not going to my general practitioner about it. I don't want to be labelled as having a mental illness or psychiatric disorder. I think that would make it real, something that's actually a part of my life, rather than just something I'm writing about. I'm not really sure why I am bulimic, im not 'fat', i feel i have a nice body. i work out every day. i eat, and for a few minutes I feel fine, then, comes the horrible realization of what I've just done. i'm a prisoner of my own self image. i'm a male, i'm bulimic. i don't want to live like this anymore.

Im 19 and have always been a size 8 but resently following a breakup i have gone down to a size 6 and everyone keeps telling me i look ill. I eat well but never feel hungry and dont do any exercise. What can i do to put the weight back on? Please help????? anyone out there in the same boat?

After working for 16 hours one day I over heard a family member of a resident saying the nurses were lazy because they did not answer her mother call light as soon as she pushed it. Within 16hrs her assigned nurse had went in that room at least 12 times spending long periods of time. This nurse was assigned 14 other residents, all of whom had to be seen in between going in to this one residents room. Was that fair to the other residents, hell no! But the residents daughter could care less about other people mothers and fathers, she wanted this nurse to be her mothers private nurse. I pulled this family member to my office and said that it was o.k. for her mother to be taken home that day because she had met her goals and I could get a discharge order from her MD. The daughter stated " that is impossible, I can't provide her the care she need at home." I said sure you can, just go ask her what she need every 5mins and take her to the bathroom every 15min.& be there as soon as she call.

Lately I seem to randomly get what feels like very light pins & needles in my left hand in the last two fingers and the palm just below them.

There's no pain or anything but it causes my left hand to react a bit slower than usual.

It seems to occur randomly for about 2-3 days then go away for about a week or so before returning again. I can't seem to just shake it off.

Is it something I should be worried about? I can't see the point in going to see a GP about pins & needles but I haven't found anything to suggest that it's serious anyway.

Its been getting worse and worse by the day. Alot of people will say go to the doctor, but i dont have medical insurance right now. I've been to the emergency room twice and they cant find anything wrong. I have very irregular heartbeats, sometimes painful. My head feels like somebody keeps hitting me with a blunt object, and I get lightheaded and feel like Im about to pass out. I have steady pain between my right shoulder and breastplate. almost feels like
it could be in my lung. Lately the veins in the area between my breasts and shoulders have been visible. Every noise makes me feel like Ive been hit in the head. Emergency room did ekg, and chest x rays..nothing ( so they said)......anyone have similar symptoms or any docs out there who might have some suggestions. Its really bad.

hello everyone...
i need a professional's or a doctor's advice about foreskin..
i am a virgin, and my foreskin is still attached, i masterbated ocassionally... but i am not able to detached my foreskin...
what is the natural way of loosing it? will i lose it if i have sex? or do i need to push it back, well i tried it but it hurts, so i didnt force it anyways...

I have been taking ritalin since my freshman year in high school and it seems whenever it wears off i get really depressed. is that a permanent side effect and what other types of effects should i look for and be aware of? any help with this would be great because now im a college freshman and in one of my roommates told me in his Psych class they said ritalin can do actual damage to your brain.
