Asthma is a condition of the modern world, a condition of pollution more than anything.
Therefor, if you want a cure, go somewhere less modern.
Move to the country. The REAL country.
Somewhere that your nearest neighbor is at least a few hour walk away.

If you really feel your health isn't worth that (which in my opinion would be what you'd really be saying if you say that you just can't, instead of at least trying to work toward it as a goal)
then I'd say indeed investigate a myriad of Alternative therapies from Homeopothy to Reiki to Yogic Practice.
Additionally there is an old remedy for all bronchial conditions -
Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey. 2 Tablespoons of ACV and 2 Teaspoons raw (unpasturised) Honey to a small glass of water. Take 2-8 per day. Try it for a week, or preferably two...and once it proves itself to you, keep it up in perpetuity. You WILL notice a difference.
Additionally a small amount of Pine resin (what can fit on your pinky nail) can be ingested daily. This will clean out your system.
Of COURSE also work on all the small environmental things, like removing carpets, staying away from smokers, etc.
Blessings,
Apple

Conventional medicine cannot yet offer a cure, but there are several inhalers that help to manage the condition.
From my own experience I strongly recommend trying homoeopathy. After a life time of asthma homoeopathy has worked wonders. There is usually an emotional component to asthma, and many other conditions, that conventional medicine fails to address or even acknowledge. Homoeopathy encompasses the whole person and works on treating the underlying causes rather than treating and managing just the symptoms.
I know that the scientific evidence to support it is disappointing, but conventional medical science is notoriously bad at expecting alternative therapies to conform to a scientific paradigm (i.e. behave like conventioanl medicine) when it's actually working in a completely different way at a much deeper level. Try it, I'm sure you won't regret it.

There is a cure in "Siddha" medicine system and you will have to consult a practioner of this system.

Meantime, you try this. Take a handful of neem-ka-path and bhel-ka-patha (Vilvam). Grind this to a semi-hard stage. Prepare pebbles (golis) of this paste. Take three pebbles in the morning in empty stomach and three in the evening one hour beforethe night meal. This will reduce the asthma effect to some extent.

Now do breathing exercise. Go to a park nearby your place in the morning. Sit facing east as the rising sun rays have pleasant properties which will get into your body. Now close the left nostril with the little finger and right nostril with the thumb.
Take off the little finger and breath in slowly and close. Hold the breath for a few seconds. Then let it out through the right nostril. Then do it otherway too in a similar manner. Please do this initially for 5 minutes and then increase the duration gradually. To a great extent this will alleviate the asthma condition.

No, asthma is a chronic disease that cannot be cured, but can be controlled with medication and lifestyle changes. There are a variety of medications in a variety of forms to treat symptoms of asthma. Lifestyle modifications, such as identifying and avoiding or minimizing asthma triggers, are also important to managing the disease.

I cannot say there is a cure, but I do know of something that will turn it completely around. I know of a lad who considered himself to be a professional asthmatic, he was on so many inhalers a day and umpteen other things he could find on the market that he needed a rucksack to carry them around. Eighteen months after starting on completely natural source he ran the London Marathon. What a testimony.
Unfortunately, as much as I would love to be able to name what it is legal restrictions apply in here.
If you would like to take a look at testimonies for all kinds of ailments then go to the following site. This stuff works.
Take care

I used a product called Yamoa after I read about it in an investigation in the paper. It's made from tree bark I think.

Not a cure but made a huge improvement for me and other people I know who use it.

I would suggest you to try Reiki...I am a Professional Reiki Healer & Master...I am healing an Asthma patient and still in the process...But one thing I can assure, it definitely helps and am confident that it can be cured also. Give Reiki a try and you have nothing to lose and everything to gain...No side-effects.
You can contact me for a treatment also.

Unfortunately no, but you can minimize its triggers by making sure you keep your house clean. Pet hair is a common trigger, and the most common trigger by FAR is dustmites, so make sure you wipe down surfaces regularly. If your asthma is severe, get rid of your carpets!!

I think they are continuing to make progress with it, but nothing substantial and publicly available at present. I wish they'd hurry up, my asthma makes my life a miser in winter :(
