Health - 28 September 2006

Today when I was doing the lab at school. I spilled sulfuric acid on my hand. It wasn’t a lot, only a big drop, but it was burning and painful. I washed it with water for about 5-7 min. I wanted to know will there be future complications. Is there any treatment I should carry out at home?

My guy keeps his feet very clean, but he wears leather work boots on a daily basis. He hasn't had athletes foot for years until he recently purchased these boots. They were not tried on by someone else prior to his purchase. He has been no where near a place where he could get it from someone or a contaminated surface. How could he have gotten it?

Ok, I have had a clear disharge for almost a year. I am a 34B and also, I am 13. I have never had my period befor, but all the sudden my breasts are really sore and I am getting mild cramps. Anybody know if my period is on it's way. Also, what is good for cramps.
I am also irratable for reasons that don't even make sense to me. Just for no reasen.I can't help but be angry though

Best nights sleep that I've had in years. Before having one of these beds I used have to get rid of mattresses every 2 yrs because they wouldn't provide very goos support.Now I can make the bed soft when my muscles are achey and firmer too.A good nights sleep means good health and a positive attitude for me. How about you?

It would be much better if people were like cats, and ovulation was stimulated by intercourse. No sex, no menstruation.

Also, if we couldn't have it that way, it would be nice if we could choose when we wanted to expel menses (sorry to be graphic), like we can choose when we want to pee.

We think she might be schitzophrenic, but are not sure. She used to be extremely quiet and has been for as long as I've know her until last week. She became very loud and talks to herself. She laughs uncontrollably and talks to people who aren't there. She has giant emotional swings and goes from uncontrollable laughing to crying. She always wears at least 2 skirts and 3 usually 4 shirts. Yesterday she snapped her glasses and threw them away and laughed. Then she started playing with the light switches and talking about random things and often incoherently. She has obsessions with the number 3 and always being in the middle. Does this sound like typical schitzophrenic behavior? She blurts out strange things and has everyone around her worried. She wanders around a lot and often disappears and comes back with wet hair. She will take about 30 car ads and go sit on them outside and throw everything out of her purse and stare at the empty purse. This is not normal.

I just don't feel comfortable having a parametic take blood from me in an unsterile environment like my work . They even said they could do it in the parking lot at McDonalds if that was convenient! I asked why I couldn't have it done at my Dr.'s office or the hospital where it would seem safer to me, and they said the insurance person had to do it! That seems crazy to me. I am hard to stick and I don't think getting stuck 10 times in my office or a parking lot would be very clean. Should I be worried? I am pregnant and I am so paranoid lately am I overreacting?
