its not AIDS, its Diabetes

Discounting babies born HIV positive and those who have become positive as the result of blood transfusions, most people with Aids have acquired the disease through their own conduct or misconduct. Contrary to popular opinion, it is very easy to avoid becoming HIV positive.
If governments had foreseen the Aids epidemic and had quarantined HIV positive people, the epidemic would never have happened.
I agree with the Barney who posted just before I did.
Ignorance is the worst plague.

the inability to spell disease! jk.
the worst is a certain type of skin disease, that makes your body reject itself.

let me paint a picture....

at first your palms bleed. then, your (openings) start to bleed as well. then your body starts to reject its own skin, and your skin cells start to die,(all of them) including the ones you need. your skin slowly falls off, starting at the toes and fingers.over the next 30-40 hours it works its way up. by the time it reaches your your elbows,or knees, you'll be going into shock. once in shock, your heart beats harder and harder. causing you to breath to heavy. hyper-ventalation, then you pass out that is until the pain wakes you up, cause now most of your skin is gone or on you but dead so it does no good to prevent infection. your system shuts down, and you finally die. the pain is in-comparible to anything.
A.I.D.S. dont sound so bad does it.

oh wait.... you know what..that was some bull s%#* on sci-fi....... sorry, my bad.

Aids or Cancer because they cannot be cured, and treatment does not always save their lives. Diabities medication can help a lot, but nothing can save a person with aids.
