the one diagnostic test for all cancers is biopsy, mostly the clinical picture raises the suspiscion and blood tests are elevated and cancer is confirmed with samples under the microscope, good luck

There is not test to find that certain parts of the body are not having cancer. For getting a fool proof and correct results certain tests are absolutely necessary. Since the part mentined viz. Kidey, liver, pancreas, stomach are in the same region it cn be detected with on course of tests as under: A CT scan test will tell if the disease is present in these organs.

The general test are :
Imaging studies, such as ultrasound or abdominal CT may be used to identify tumors. Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) is another procedure that can help visualize the tumor and obtain tissue to establish the diagnosis.

Anyway the Oncologist on the scene is the best judge to decide what test to be done. He will decide it depending on variousfactors.

for starters ask to get an ultrasound of your abdomen.cancer sometimes more often than not will show as a mass or spots on the liver or kidneys. does your doc think that you may have a problem how was your blood work. what are your symptoms. in medicine it is a science sometimes it is even trial and era. talk to your doc if he or she is insensitive of your worry or complaint change doc don't be shy ask questions and be apart of your care they work for you remember you pay to go.to see the doc. you can go to goggle and type in cancer and the type you may be able to get some useful information

I think you can get your dr. to do a blood test. I THINK if your white blood cell count is elevated, it's trouble, an indicator, of possible cancer.

See your General Practitioner first, and go from there.
