I have that traditional male pattern baldness. The bald spot is on the backside of my head. I am not completely bald. I do have a good amount of hair. As I get older though (age 47), I feel like it is getting worse. Should I see someone that specializes in hair improvement for men?

That is truly up to you. but that can be expensive. It is a natural part of aging. Just like I am getting gray and thinning slightly. A woman who loves you will not care if you are bald or not. Hair is only hair. Many can be sexy with no hair. I would rather see a man be bald then try to use toupees, transplants, etc. Hair is not that important. It is what is inside your heart that matters to a good woman.

Many women find balding men very attractive. It is a proven fact that balding men have more testosterone in their systems than those that don't go bald. Many women are not aware of their attraction- it is natural selection.

I like the head better when it is completely bald (like Captain Picard on Star Trek) then when there are tufts. It's just me, but I say shave it!

I don't care if a guy is bald. Hair treatments if you want but women who only want hair on top aren't worth your time.
