most definitely yes.....don't walk but run to a good internist or psychiatrist. I have all of the above throughout my adult life......not forgetting anti anxiety meds makes all the difference. Have to confess that in the past I used to call an ambulance just knowing I was having a heart attack...now I know what to look for in helping the anxiety and stress.

yes ... it can!!!
You may be all keyed up with nothing to fight or flee and no way to turn off the stress chemicals. You become a ticking bomb that is not allowed to explode-consequently, you may implode. If this happens frequently or over a long period of time, it can have a serious effect on your health.
Every system in your body is affected by worry. In addition to raising blood pressure and increasing blood clotting, worry can prompt your liver to produce more cholesterol, all of which can raise your risk of heart attack and stroke. Muscle tension can give rise to headaches, back pain, and other body aches. Worry can also trigger an increase in stomach acid and either slow or speed up muscle contractions in your intestines, which can lead to stomach aches, constipation, diarrhea, gas or heartburn.
Worry can affect your skin (rash or itch). It can impact your respiratory system and aggravating asthma. Growing evidence even suggests that chronic worry can compromise your immune system, making you more vulnerable to bacteria, viruses, perhaps even cancer.

Worrying excessively can cause all of the above, that's how powerful your mind is. In Matthew 6:27, Jesus said that who by worrying can add a moment to their lives? Take it to heart, because it's true. Worrying does nothing but harm. It is pointless, so try to stop wasting your time and energy in such a pointless pursuit.

This happened to me about 18 months ago. You're having anxiety attacks...Get yourself to the doctor - he/she will give you something to take the edge off. Lexipro is a good one. You also need to make an effort to worry less and do what you can to change the situations which are causing you stress. Good Luck!

Yes. It is the physical reaction to all your stress, like uclers and acene can be caused by stress. You need to relax and find ways to destress or you will end up in the hospital.
