Yep, it sounds like it is time.... sorry for you. This will happen every month here on out. What can you do... eat chocolate and use a heating pad on your belly. The irritable part-normal too! PMS honey!

take an over the counter pain releiver for the cramps,
i like Ibuprophen (advil). Hormonal fluctuations can explain all your symptoms, but just because they are fluctuationing, doesn't mean that the period is imminent.

Wait a few days, keep some pads on hand. If the symptoms don't get better, and a persiod doesn't come. Tell your mom and ask if you can go see a doctor. It could be something that needs checked out.

Sweetie, your period is coming--if it's not here by the time I'm writing this.

Take ibuprofen for cramps and drink plenty of liquids. The irritability usually occurs about a week before the period comes, but sometimes it happens to me right as it's coming.

Congratulations!

I don't know about the clear discharge, but it does sound like your period is on its way. It should happen within a week of the other symptoms you are describing. Keep track of these things in a journal. That will help you to remember them for next month.

i understand completely. you know what else feels good for cramps? there are these heating pads that you just buy at a pharmacy or drugstore, they react with the air and the velcro all around your belly. you can wear them at home or if you have to make a quick trip somewhere (i wouldnt recommend wearing them to school or anything) but i always have one of those handy for those days when i have really really really bad cramps

It sounds like your going to start your period. But to make sure about the discarge, you should talk to your mom. She may want to have you go to the doctors. If your not comfy talking to your mom, try one of your friends mom.
