ok, i asked this about 40 mins ago, but the answers are becoming thin on the ground, and some peoples answers have really cheered me up!! so here goes again, knowing more people are coming online now!!
mine is my alarm clock!!! before i got to bed at night i have to set and check my alarm at least 5 times before i can go to sleep!!! if i dont to this then i cant sleep worrying that its not going to go off!!! if i get up during the night then i have to then check it another 5 times. i know its not the worse ocd you can have but its starting to annoy me. i am now setting my alarm for days that i have off, like on a saturday, i have to set it for 1300, knowing im going to be up hours before that, but cant sleep knowing its not set!!!
so whats yours?? any help on mine?!?! (dont just say set it once and forget about it, because ive been there, tried that!)
