If it is paining you that much, you need to get medical help. The shoulder is a very fickle joint and if you don't get it fixed now, you will have problems later on. You could've broken something, torn something, seperated or dislocated it, all of which you cannot fix on your own. I know it sucks, but you need to find a way to get a doctor to look at it... talk to your parents

If it is hurting that bad, not a lot of over the counter pain relievers will work. Try warm baths and warm compresses but other than that, you need to see a doctor.

I've delt with the same thing for 2 years. I won't share exactly how I hurt it but it has sucked! I had an x-ray and an ultrasound but all they've done is give me 3 different cortisone shots in my shoulder and it does NOT help. I would try ice, not heat. It seemed to help me a lot. I just baby my right shoulder all the time! It really was hard for me to work as a cashier. At one time I had to take time off. With you not having insurance I'm not sure what to tell you. I take 4 Motrin every 4 hours but not on an empty stomach!

I wish I had this 2 years ago when I damaged my rotator cuff while showing off. This is very detailed and really gives you the techniques you need to sort out your own shoulder issues and a lot more info such as preventing further injuries. If you have a shoulder keeping you awake at night you'll know it's no laughing matter.

Don't take anything stronger...tell your parents(unless they are responsible for your pain and if so tell someone). I don't get it, $ that tight you can't pay a professional(you can afford internet and Panadol???)...If that's the case try a heating pad(heats good for pain, or a hot water bottle)..see a doctor kiddo!!!

Get some MSM, for the muscle, melatonin for the relaxation and to help sleep. Rub some Ice gel on it after bath. You will feel great. and so will your shoulder. You can get all three at the drug store.

go to the hospital if its that bad. The government would rather spend the money to fix you now, then having to pay tons of cash to you later because your disabled.
