ALL,.. you should build enuf strength to compensate for the other!

hell i agree with ayub ..how old you are ?
if you have a low muscle tone i will sugest you to some excercise that will really help you
1) take sunlight of early morning on your body
2) fill the tube with water or in the swimming pool i mean only in the sallow water try to move your hand you will feel the difference it's is a very light kind of excercise but very effective
3) eat vitamins & green veg,eggs milk
4)massage your hand with a good olive oil please do not use strong oil this will damage your skin
you will see the difference in 6 months

Walking, stationary bike, walking in water, some martial arts.

you can do all the exercises you like, push ups,pull ups, crunches etc, it will require a strong will though, good luck
