There are quite many with this black spots got frustrated with results of different creams on the market. There was someone I knew few years ago who gave a formulation as a remedy for this. It worked,really worked encridibly though there are some who used who did not achieve maximum effect but much better than any other cream.
E-mail me if you are interested as it is a mixture of different ingredients which will cost less than $5. (I can't post the formula here as the manufacturer of creams included in the ingredients may say something against it.)
