i am 45years,get pankratitt the first time in 91,the second 92.i stop drink buth i have a lot of damage in body,broken ribbs,fore say it simple,my body have a lot of broken things,i have a brain damage afther accident wit maskin.i get no treatment only a lot of mediction.i have hepatitt A;C.+entrecollitt and cronic.pankratitt and gigkt.(leddgigkt)my english is not god buth i hope somone anderstand me and tray to tell me "how seek i realy are".!?!this days i only"eat painkillers(dolcontin 100mg.)i also take valium fore my nervs.i have heard that dolcontin is a tablett ho only cancel seek peaple get.?wen my buk is svelling up,the pankratitt is activ,i take cortison to get that pain away.my legs kramp`up if a tray to run more then 50meter.if i walk slowly i get pain buth if i can hold my tempo i dont have to stop to get the pain so low that i manage walk.i anderstand this is heavy but i just get more painkillers and dr.say its fine.!!?i been to hospital severel times,they say talk`dr.?sos

is low in sugar and starch? I have college classes that run from 9am to 1:30pm and I only have a 15 minute break. I need a breakfast and quick portable snack that has enough holding power to last me until I get home but will give me enough energy to make it through a class that would put a kid with ADHD to sleep.

The breakfast and snack have to be low in sugar and starch because I have high tryglycerides but my cholesterol is fine.

I love my boyfriend very much but his teeth are horrid. About 8 are missing, he has only 1 front tooth, some are cracked, some are blackened, some are twisted, one of his wisdom teeth has a crown missing. He has had several abcesses around different spots of his gums. He gums are black and very weak. He doesnt know where to start to get his teeth fixed. When he last went to the dentist the dentist told him he needed at least $15,000 to fix his whole mouth and my boyfriend doesn't have that kind of money. He asked could i possibly add him on to my dental insurance which i am unsure of and i cant do that till the next benefits enrollment date which is in january. Other than that he has no other alternatives. Any suggestions?

I need some advice. I would really like to strat jogging but I was born with a disorder in my legs. It has caused my upper leg muscles to grow at approximately 30 degrees (as opposed to the 20 degrees most peoples muscles do - according to my doc.) Instead of lifting my knee caps off my leg bones they kind of hold them down. My knees lock up all the time and cold weather is hell. I was thinking of using those leg braces. Any advice?

P.S. I have spoken to my doctor about this. He's a quack. He says I should be able to jog fine. But whenever I try I end up in excruciating pain afterwards.

I can't see images far away clearly, and its something I've lived with for a while but I'd like to reverse. I play a lot of tennis and I wish I could pick the ball up early and see where my shots are landing and track the ball better. I'd also like to be able to just see everything better. I have prescription sun glasses for day and regular glasses for nigt, but I don't like wearing glasses all the time.

I've considered contacts, but I'm really afraid of an eye infection and don't want to go through the effort of putting them in every day. I have an auto immune disorder so I really don't want any kind of infections, and all the news about the contact lense solution has scared me away from them.

I remember years ago there was a comercial for some kind of eye exercise program that was supposed to improve vision. Where can I find info on that or anything else that might help?

I hope I dont offend anyone. I have read up on the procedure and know it will not effect my erection size and that there are some risks but I really want to have the confidence to take a shower in public after sport and stuff like that! I have never taken a shower in public, find it very hard to go to a publc loo.. I would never wear even slightly tight shorts. my flaccid length is 2 3/4 inches. Should I accept it and just take it and move on? So what do you think, please help?. .

Should people eat fast food? My diet did live on most of it when I was in high school and I gained a lot of weight on eating McDonald's burgers, KFC fried chicken, and Papa John's pizzas, just to name a few. I am asking for your feedback about this. I saw the movie Super Size Me where Morgan Spurlock eat nothing but McDonald's food for 30 days where he put on a lot of weight. I am asking you that should people be eating fast food.
