Should people eat fast food? My diet did live on most of it when I was in high school and I gained a lot of weight on eating McDonald's burgers, KFC fried chicken, and Papa John's pizzas, just to name a few. I am asking for your feedback about this. I saw the movie Super Size Me where Morgan Spurlock eat nothing but McDonald's food for 30 days where he put on a lot of weight. I am asking you that should people be eating fast food.

Fast food is some of the worst types of things you can put in your body.

I watched that same movie in health class. And to say the LEAST, I was disgusted. I will never eat at fast food (if possible) again. At times people have no choice but to go to fast food, but they shouldn't make part of their daily food source. The reason why most Americans are over weight is because of fast food and how much and how often they eat it. I say, no we shouldn't.

we're not sure of the meat that fast food restaurants use so we don't know how much cholestorol it actually contains and the amount of grease it contains
but i think if you're a health conscious person, it wouldn't hurt to eat fast food twice or thrice a week as long as you balance it out with more greens and more exercises
i don't normally eat fast food because i often eat with my family, but i usually go for fast food when i'm out and i usually eat more fruits when i get home cause fast food makes me thirsty

I admit I eat it once in a while, but I would definitely advise against eating fast food every day or even once every few days. Once or twice every two weeks would not harm your health too badly. Also you wouldn't be supporting an industry that pays almost nothing to it's employees and resorts to highly unsanitary and cruel conditions for the animals it slaughters.

No, unless you want to be really fat. All that food you like is full of fat and cholesterol. You have to eat more vegetables and fruits, stop being such a pig! Plus, your arteries will clog with all that fat and you'll have heart attacks. Try to be more moderate when you eat, or else you'll be part of the 30% of big fat Americans who need to buy two airline tickets instead of one when they travel!

Not everyday. In moderation as a once in a while treat, or when it's the only thing available it's okay, but when it becomes a way of life it's a problem.

That was a great documentary!

People could eat whatever they want. As far as your health, fatty, greasy food is definitely not good for you. You could go to the resturants with healthier choices, such as salads instead of french fries.
