I hope I dont offend anyone. I have read up on the procedure and know it will not effect my erection size and that there are some risks but I really want to have the confidence to take a shower in public after sport and stuff like that! I have never taken a shower in public, find it very hard to go to a publc loo.. I would never wear even slightly tight shorts. my flaccid length is 2 3/4 inches. Should I accept it and just take it and move on? So what do you think, please help?. .

I have worked in an operating theatre doing this procedure.
AND I HAVE TO SAY....the results were not amazing...I mean...sometimes could not even notice a difference.
The best thing for you to do is get a referral to a specialist and ask what if anything can be achieved. He will be totally honest about what could be achieved.
With any surgery there are risks, and potentially horrendous side affects, infertility, crooked erection, impotence etc.
But one thing I will say...I have noticed that just simply having a little bit of liposuction around the area where your penis starts to protrude from you body gives you just that little bit of extra length. This does not directly involve your penis and the risks are I perceive slightly lower.
If I might add, chubby chaps look like they have short Willy's but in fact the body fat in this area surrounds the base of penis and the penis itself loses definition.
Now onwards and upwards....If you have a perceived short penis but you are happy when its erect..then you may be looking at a more simple procedure...but if your erection is upsetting you also and perhaps the girth measurement is not up to your expectations then you are looking at a very complicated procedure, with the potential for the above complications.
I hope this helps, get the specialists advice and move a step further, so that you can be happy and make the right decision.

What would you think if you saw another guy in the shower with a small flacid penis?
........???? You'd probably think 'so what' and forget about it. This is what most guys would think - so why be bothered?
If anyone comments just say 'it's a monster when it's erect'.
Here is a tip - don't look self consious and people won't even bother looking! They'll only look if you look like you're trying to conceal something.
Tip 2 - drink lots of water, at least 7 glasses a day, this will help keep your penis hydrated and may make it look a bit bigger flacid.
Other than that, you're pre-occupation with size suggests more of a mental issue than a physical one. It is likely you need to learn that your value is not defined by your penis size but by the unique individual that you are.
Also bear in mind that the penis' you see in the mens changing rooms, etc, are probably larger (when flaccid) on average than other peoples - because the people with small flaccid penis' don't show them so much.
And anyway, yours doesn't sound small - sounds normal.

Your size sounds about normal to me. Bear in mind that the flaccid : erect ratio is not fixed, that is to say that the penis does not enlarge by a fixed percentage when it becomes erect. Someone with an apparent monster may be smaller, or bigger, than you when erect.
Your problem is perhaps a lack of confidence for some other reason. You should not worry about this, and, in my opinion, should not have surgery: there is always a risk, so why take a risk unless it were really necessary?

i would take it as it is and forget about it, my boyfriend is around 3 - 1/2 inches flaccied n i love him how he is, its not size what matters its how you use it. Someone will love you like that oneday trust me!! size doesnt affect anything. just be confident with the body you have, theres nothing wrong with you. Dont ever let anyone tell you any different. Is it really worht going through all that pain just for a few more inches ? which wont even affect your erection ??? anyway when you go to the toilet in public and get showered the other men wont be looking at your penis if they do then they're either gay or seriousl disturbed!!

Flaccid length doesn't matter, I've got used to a "cute" penis over the years. Other men may grin at you, but they probably don't realise that women are probably more impressed with the amount of 'expansion' that takes place during arousal than what it looks like fl accid.
Personally, I no longer give a monkeys what any other bloke thinks, as long as it works for my wife.
Basically, if you are able to get an erection that you are happy with .... sod the world, stay away from surgery.
Good luck mate.

Ive spoken to loads of men and all bar one of them would rather use the cubical with the door to do a wee than use the shared urinals for fear of another man seeing their whoo harr and thinking its small.
2 3/4 inches sounds like a normal size (I asked them all their sizes cus Im nosey!) I think you should be proud of what you've got.
If you are happy with how your willy makes you feel when you show your partner then I wouldnt go anywhere near surgery. Most men are too busy hiding their manhood anywho.
One question, how are you going to show the doctor your willy? Cus he has to touch it and hold it and comment on it before cutting it and stretching it or what ever they do. Its not just one doctor either its loads, one after the other - thats more horrible than a bunch of strangers seeing you wee.

To be honest if your flaccid length is nearly 3 inches, I'm guessing your erect one must be 5-6 inches, which is completely normal for a man. Women don't care too much about length you know, it's a myth.
