For men or women? First, see if you need them! A simple hormone test can be done thru your doctor, to see if your testosterone level is normal. I wouldn't start supplementing on your own! Behavioral changes, such as increased aggression or mood swings, can also be a negative result in both men and women. Obviously, increased sex drive is a usual result of testosterone supplements. This could be a good or bad thing, depending on the person. Testosterone can also be used to counterract the effects of estrogen, in both sexes and for various reasons, such as cancer treatment. Other drugs, like Tamoxifen, are now more commonly used for that.
For women (and men), testosterone is often used (secretly) in athletic competition, but it produces "masculine" characteristics, such as facial hair, grown of facial bones, bulkier muscles and can interefere with or stop menstruation and ability to conceive children.

Don't do that. It will cause hormone imbalance and ultimately could cause cancer.
