Health - 6 September 2006

This is how my week goes:

I have 2 kids one is 2 yrs old the other just turned 1.

Mon wed fri- I am home with teh kids from 8-2 and then i work from 3pm-11pm

tues thursday i go to college from 8-2 and then work 3-11

I my problem is usually i can start jogging and i will lose it in no time and not even have to change my diet but now i do not have time to go jogging. I am willing to change my diet but i just dont know how or what to do

I am trying to find a good way to lose weight. i thought about trying to do exercises when the kids are napping but I do not know where to begin with this.

I was reading online about protein and it says that protein supports weight loss. I do 30 minutes on the elliptical everyday, but that's not enough. Food also counts.

I am about 30lbs "overwieght" medically speaking. For the most part, I like the way I look. i think women should be curvy,we were made to have curves. It is only in the last 50 years or so that society changed it's mind. Anyone else feel this way? I am not advocating morbid obesity, just a little padding.

i am a 26 yr old female my height is 5'5 i weight 190 lbs the heaviest i was, was 244 i lost about 50 but i notice that i still have lots of fat around my arms and inner thighs i naturaly have big legs but still would like to get rid of that giggly fat around my arms and inner thighs how do i lose fat but keep my muscle ..how do i tone up!

I have had a thyroid condition for 4 years. I have never seen an Endocrinologist and my family doctor has never told me to see one. Should I go to see an Endo doctor, or should I just stay on the same regimine I've been on for the past 4 years?

My doctor just prescribed 150 mg of wellbutrin xl for me and he said after a week i can up it to 300 mg if i wanted so that would mean taking two of the 150's until i go back to see him in a month.My question is i take them BOTH at the same time not half way through the day right?A friend thinks i should take one in the morning and another at night and i think because its XL that the effect is meant to last 24 hours and should be taken once a day all 300 mg. Also has anyone had weight loss or loss of appetite from this med.?
