You need to avoid protein that contains fat, so eat lean meats like turkey, chicken, fish (but never fried, only grilled, baked or steamed and no skin). No red meat. Skim milk but not whole milk. No cheese - too much fat. Egg yolks not good - egg whites fine - again, not fried.

Meats, dry beans, eggs. Have you tried iincreasiing to 40 minutes, and are you mixing it up, don't do the same routine everyday, or even the same exercises.
