I weigh almost 300 pounds. I know that Alot so please dont flame me for it.
I have cut Fast food Completely out of my diet for the past year, and cut Caffiene on a Major scale out. I usually drink only water. I have been trying to work out, but it hurts my back and my body.
When i was younger I had a disease which weakened my joints. I love to run and swim, but because of that disease its hard for me to do it for more then 1 mile, or 5 minutes of auctually swiming before my ankels and knees are hurting, sometimes making me colapse. I want to lose the weight. I even got an Ab Lougne and still no results and no weight lose. only gain. and noticale gain in my tummy.
Habit eating is just fruits veggies meat and all in small portions and around 3-4 times a day. I don't know what to do to lose the pounds. Does anyone haveany idea.
I have no money, job, Insurance, or doctor, please help.
