my tonge has already started bleeding and it hurts alot! I cant even eat!

the tonge heal very fast
you mat have to drink your food for a bit

Gargle salt water that will make it heal faster, but other than that there is really nothing you can do. As far as eating goes just stay away from the solid foods.

Bite some more till it falls off and put it in between two slices of Mrs. Bairds bread. Tongue sandwhich...add a dash of salt and you got dinner.

Sorry no one really cares about the treatment of your injury. Best thing to do is go to the ER or see your dentist and get it checked out. use ice wrapped in paper towel or gauze if you have it.

Grumpy said you should put some ice on it. But wrap the ice in a paper towel first so it won't stick.
